The intent of this letter is to inform you of an outstanding
personal and professional leadership development opportunity.
On September 15-18, 2007, CFMA is offering the
CFMA at Spring Creek Renewal 2007, a personal and professional
leadership development program at Spring Creek Ranch in Jackson
Hole, Wyoming. The focus of this program is geared toward the
individual development of the participants, both personally and
professionally.

your registration form.
Facilitated by Tim Walther and Rick Erickson
of Grand Dynamics, Inc., the Spring Creek Renewal program will
provide many leadership development tools that will significantly
impact the overall performance for attendees. This program takes
place over four days, with many participants traveling to Jackson
Hole on Saturday, September 15 and departing on Tuesday, September
18.
The location for this retreat is one that provides
inspiration for personal and professional renewal. The format
for the retreat is that of experiential learning. This means that
participants will engage in a variety of experiences, reflect
on the process, and focus on how insights can be transferred into
their lives both at home and work.
Participants will have an opportunity to experience
the beauty of Jackson Hole and the surrounding Grand Teton mountains.
While the experience is active and engaging, the physical requirements
for this retreat are by no means a limiting factor.
A few highlight of this program include:
BarOn EQ-I Assessment
This Emotional Intelligence Leadership Assessment
Tool provides an analysis of 15 competencies of Star Performers
in the workplace. These competencies have been proven to provide
a direct relationship to employee workplace performance.
The primary “Big Five” assessment
components include: Interpersonal, Intrapersonal, Stress Management,
Adaptability, and General Mood. Each Spring Creek Renewal Attendee
will receive a customized report detailing their competency in
each of the 15 areas.
Emotional Intelligence Leadership Training
Throughout the Spring Creek Renewal program,
Grand Dynamics facilitators Tim Walther and Rick Erickson will
be integrating a variety of models, methods, and tools related
to how each participant can grow in their personal lives, and
improve their workplace performance.
This framework of Emotional Intelligence will
translate the often misunderstood “soft-skills” into
specific leadership tools that can immediately be applied, both
personally and professionally.
Seeking True North
In addition to the Emotional Intelligence Competencies,
a variety of specific leadership development models, methods,
and tools will be provided for participants. These tools are based
upon the Seeking True North leadership development model of Prepare,
Practice, and Passion.
Each participant will evaluate and clarify their
Desired End Results (Prepare), learn strategies to achieve those
results (Practice), and methods to live life with Passion!
All of the program “take-aways” will
be summarized at the conclusion of the retreat and each participant
will have an individual Action Plan as to how the concepts will
be applied on a daily basis.
Bottom Line
Any investment in a leadership program requires
consideration of the Return on Investment. CFMA and Grand Dynamics
have a history of focusing on the bottom line in regard to leadership
development.
CFMA at Spring Creek
has a proven track record of a positive return on investment and
has been featured in the New York Times for the Return
on Investment.
At the CFMA at Spring Creek Renewal 2007, individuals
will walk away with a renewed sense of passion for leading individuals
in their personal and professional lives. The models, methods,
and tools focus on performance, with practical daily applications.
The Spring Creek Renewal 2007 has only
