Bridge Building is an exciting, advanced team building activity that utilizes a complex bridge building activity to highlight leadership styles, role clarity, and team communication.

Our Leadership variation utilizes all team members in a unique way, as they are given a road map to construct this bridge out of rope, webbing, and various knots - entirely from scratch! Whether a novice knot-tyer or an experienced adventurer, every individual will contribute, as no two roles are alike. Leadership styles and communication challenges will quickly be illuminated - and resolved - in this unique, one-of-a-kind team building activity. The challenge culminates by sending one or more team members across the bridge that they built themselves! Ideal locations include parks, couloirs, rivers, or any two trees in a wilderness setting!

For a truly unique experience, ask about our Adventure variation. Individuals will have the opportunity to traverse a pre-constructed Tyrolean Traverse over a remote wilderness location, such as a gorge, river, or between two cliffs. Team members offer support both verbally and physically, as they utilize the intricate rope system to help send their peers across! What better way to create a newfound sense of camaraderie and empowerment to tackle real-life changes?
