Grand Dynamics Team Building is the ultimate team building program.  This multi-day action seminar is for intact teams who are seeking to take their performance to the next level and to learn and transfer skills to the workplace that will have a direct and sustainable impact on performance.  This training program is  also available as a design for HR professionals, managers, leaders, business owners, facilitators and anyone interested in the power of facilitating high impact team performance. This program lasts three days and covers the science behind building teams and a variety of team performance models, methods and tools. This Action Seminar is focused specifically on teams and team performance and integrates group ice-breakers, team initiatives and group facilitation techniques that will raise awareness and enhance performance. The following are focus areas of the Grand Dynamics Team Building Experience:

This program takes place indoors, with outdoor activity - weather and location permitting.
