The River Olympics is the ultimate whitewater team building experience. In addition to navigating any stretch of runnable class II or III whitewater, each rafting team must work together to pilot pre-designed challenges including the Harry Ferry, S-turn slalom course, Flip and Float, and Downriver Race. Consequences are readily observable and provide immediate feedback related to team effectiveness. Specific team learning models and objectives are integrated throughout the River Olympics experience. No previous rafting experience is required. We can run this program on any classified river, conditions permitting.
