Tim Walther, an expert in human psychology and experiential learning, is the President and visionary leader of Grand Dynamics International. Tim specializes in delivering adventure-based team building events, action seminars and customized experiential learning programs for groups of all sizes.

Walther holds a Bachelor of Science in Applied Business Psychology from Ithaca College and a Master of Science in Experiential Education with a focus on leadership studies and organizational performance from Minnesota State University.
