At GDI, our core strength is in our people - and our desire to shape the world. Meet our team members below:

Tim is an international ambassador and has travelled the world seeking out remote adventures while sharing worldly philosophies on universal topics such as happiness, soul mates and living to one's true potential. An author of Seeking True North: The Pathway to Freedom, Beauty and Success, Tim indeed enjoys the seeking, and embracing the process he calls life.

Grand Dynamics offers in depth business consulting that enhance our program effectiveness. While many of our clients choose to do shorter programs at first, after experiencing the passion and energy that results from our programs, our clients want more. This is where we can build long-term programs and solutions that will really help you to grow and sustain your business. Whether it is through our extensive background in assessments, coaching and developing, or leadership development, the Grand Dynamics team is fully prepared to partner with you for the long term. Todd's approach to building programs and services is always to seek first to understand the goals and objectives and then to design to it. At Grand Dynamics, we offer hundreds of different solutions. However, it is always a unique blend that is right for every customer.
In addition to extensive business experience, Todd has a passion for the outdoor adventures. An avid downhill skier and mountaineer, Todd loves being out in nature more than anywhere else in the world. He lives in Ellicott City, Maryland with his beautiful wife and two great kids.
