Cooperative Edge Training Program Overview

The Cooperative Edge Training Program consists of a series of training modules typically delivered in two-hour, four-hour or eight-hour sessions. This approach allows training participants to integrate the training material and information over time so that with each new module, participants build and integrate the skills they have already learned with new skills.

Learning Outcomes & Measurable Results

The specific training recommended for the Cooperative Edge™ process focuses on the people side of an employee’s job. Strategies are designed to help individuals and teams to increase their ability to manage people, processes and performance within the work environment. Key focus areas include:
