Erick Erickson is the founder of ERICK ERICKSON INTERNATIONAL. Erick specializes in inspirational coaching for individuals and teams on personal and corporate levels. Almost two decades ago Erick decided he wanted to "build people instead of buildings".  Although Erick still maintains his construction company, his focus is on people development. Erick has more than twenty years of business management and human resource development experience. Before starting his own motivational training business in 1990 he owned and managed a building construction business for eleven years. When it comes to coaching, Erick's forte is using experiential challenges, Quantum teaching, and adventure based initiatives as a means of making quantum leaps in consistent, life long, personal and team effectiveness. Erick is the author of four books and the co-author (with Tim Walther) of Seeking True North. Ericks speaking engagments are inspirational messages combined with practical life and business strategy.
