THE LEADER IN EXPERIENTIAL TRAINING AND DEVELOPMENT

Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI)

If you like personality and behavioral assessments, then you will LOVE the SDI. It is probably the best and most insightful tool out there for uncovering motivations behind behavior. It is like the Myers Briggs, in that it helps you to understand more about how you tick. But is goes way, way beyond that in expaining how you prefer to behave, how you behave under stress, and why.

We really love this tool as a follow-up or next step.  We do not recommend this for your first Grand Dynamics program unless you have experience with us and experience with tools like these. This tool will take you and your team to a deeper level, but it is helpful if your team is already in a pretty good place already.

If you would like to find out more about the SDI and how it can be used to build your team, please contact us today and ask about the SDI.

More about the tool

The Strength Deployment Inventory (SDI) is the cornerstone tool of Relationship Awareness Theory. The SDI is a self-scoring motivational assessment tool. It measures an individual's Motivational Value System both when things are going well and when the person faces conflict or opposition. Whereas many other tools measure behavior, the SDI goes beyond behavior into the motivations and values that underlie those behaviors. The applications of the SDI are many, including building awareness of self and others, leadership development, team building, conflict management, and dispute resolution and mediation, to name a few.
