Signature Youth Leadership programs can be delivered in half-day, full-day, and multi-day formats, and are targeted to equip high school students with tools the tools they need to become strong, empowered communicators. Our flagship multi-day programs include keynote speakers, one-on-one dialogues with existing business leaders, and personalized resume and portfolio coaching, as well as problem-solving initiatives and customized GDI adventures! One-day events are targeted toward team development and individual empowerment, and include both problem-solving activities and climbing. Half-day programs give a great taste of what we can deliver, and teams work together on various challenges to hone their communication skills, goal-setting and accountability. And best of all, everyone will have fun!

Half-day and full-day Youth Leadership programs are currently being offered at The Hardwood Palace, Sacramento's only indoor Action Learning Center! A high ropes course component is available.

Multi-day leadership programs are offered in Wyoming.
